This project is a dual project: two groups of Tindalls - each having at least one with a given name of Israel (as in Israel Tindall). Unusual, yes; and it smacks of a connection between the two. But to prove it has become a real challenge.

The two lines are across the country from one another - one in California who we find as a possible child of the other in New Jersey. Hmmm. But to prove it. So why are we interested in this? Because a marriage was found between the New Jersey Israel Tindall and a Sarah Ann Hendrey at Cranbury, New Jersey.

The question is: Is Israel Clarke Tindall, born cal 1819/1824 - the son of Israel Tindall b. ~1784 NJ?
