Oscar B. Blount was a cattle rancher, citrus grower and grove manager. Nathan married (1) Annie Porter. Annie was born about 1882.

Newton and Gertruse (Blount) Wever lived in Goulds, Dade Co., Fla.
Gertrude married Newton M. Weaver on 20 Aug 1890. Newton was born on 8 Dec 1864. He died in 1945. Newton was employed as Carpenter and farmer.

Katherine married George Ballard Prime on 13 Sep 1899. George was born on 12 Dec 1880 in Albert Lea,Minnesota. He died on 5 Sep 1953 in Clayton,Ga.
George Ballard Prime variously was engaged in the general merchantile
business, operated a scooner, then a grocery and hardware business, and
finally a real estate firm. In the 1920's, he was a director of the 1st
Bank & Trust Co. of Sarasota and American Mortgage and Guarantee Co. He
served two terms on the City Council and was a member of the Board of County
Commissioners 1922-26.
1900, the Primes moved to Sarasota, FL; they later moved to Clayton, GA.George and Katherine had the following children:
991. Ruby Estelle Wilder (Cornelia Alice Hendry , James Edward , William , Robert <I> , John , John , Progenitor ) was born on 16 Jun 1866.
Ruby was baptized by Rev. J. M. Hayman 22 Aug 1880 at Bethel (Socrum Settlement) and she and Daniel were members of the First Baptist Church of Lakeland, of which he was chairman of the Board of Deacons for thirty
years. Another source [Moody Family] claims they were married 4 March 1886. - rhgRuby married Daniel Henry Sloan son of Orvil Sloan and Mrs. Sloan on 14 Mar 1886 in Polk Co,Fl. Daniel was born on 18 Oct 1864 in Polk Co,Fl. He died on 1 Nov 1934.
Daniel Sloan moved to Lakeland, FL 1884 and opened a successful merchantile business. He sold it after the freeze of 1895. President of the Lakeland Realty and Investment Co, and at one time one of the oldest property owners
in Lakeland, having business property and orange groves. He also engaged in merchandise brokerage and fire insurance. A demoncrat. Served in Fla. House of Rep. in the 1899 session and was elected Nov 1908 as State Senator of the 7th District and served 1909,1911 and 1912. Cornelia married Henry Louis Swatts son of Henry H. Swatts and Martha Washington Jordan on 1 Oct 1899 in Wauchula,Fl. Henry was born on 8 Aug 1871 in Barnesville,Ga.
Henry Swatts graduated from the Gordon Institute in 1888 and was also a graduate of the Normal Dept. of the University of GA. He taught school for 15 years in Ga. and Fla. He came to Florida in 1895, first teaching in
Marion County and later at Arcadia and Wauchula. Henry served as city clerk and tax collector of Lakeland (starting 1908) and chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lakeland High School. Fraternally, he served as high priest of the Royal Arch, was commander of Knights Templar in Masonry.Henry and Cornelia had the following children:
